Today was a splurge day. I was sent home with an entire rack of ribs left over from a dinner I went to last night.
Calories:
Ribs (1/3 rack) -360
Cottage Cheese (3/4 cup)- 145
Blueberries (3/4 Cup) - 60
Total: 565
